Tasks:

[x] Move static generation and sources into site-builder branch
[x] Add the master branch to site-builder as a gitmodule under the site direfctory
[x] Add Makefile to that branch for pushing changes in site up to master and publishing the updated/generated site
[x] Use the new publish target to deploy the redesigned site
