lutil-cfg: edit git 'fatal' message #26

When running lfetool download deps in a directory that already has its deps downloaded, we see a message like this:

$ lfetool download deps
fatal: destination path 'lfe' already exists and is not an empty directory.

This would be alarming to users; we should replace "fatal" with "git" ...
