Create includes for useful Python functions #3

In particular:

[x] Include or wrap everything in the Python builtins module (save in include/builtins.lfe)
[x] Include or wrap everything in the Python operator module (save in include/operators.lfe)
[x] Update py.lfe to include these macro-generated functions
[x] Remove or rename functions in py.lfe that collide with the generated wrappers for the Python functions

This depends upon issue #2.
