What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I start Spydroid on Nexus 4 (Android 4.4.2)
2. on Firefox (or Chrome) on Ubuntu 12.04, I type: http://192.168.1.101:8080
3. click "Connect" on Firefox, the preview on Android devices begin.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect: I will see the video stream on Firefox once the preview starts.
What I see: no video stream on Firefox. It says: Status: trying to connect

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Spydroid v8.0.2
Ubuntu 12.04
Android device: Nexus 4 (Android 4.4.2)
Firefox (28.0; installed gecko-mediaplayer)

Please provide any additional information below.

I just installed Spydroid on my Galaxy S5 running 4.4.2. and I am getting the
same sort of issue. When I hit the connect button, I see the phone show
"Streaming!" but on the browser it says "Status trying to connect" and never
gets any further. I have tested with FF and Chrome on both a Ubuntu box and a
Samsung Note 10.1 and get the same response, It appears that something is not
getting back from the phone.

If I hit the disconnect button the streaming message goes away, but the
browsers all report still trying to connect.

Here is what I get if I try it on VLC,
 Error Screen:
Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'rtsp://10.10.10.164:8086'. Check the log for
details.

this is from the error log:
main error: open of `rtsp://10.10.10.164:8086' failed
main debug: dead input
main debug: changing item without a request (current 1/2)
main debug: nothing to play
lua debug: Trying Lua playlist script /usr/lib/vlc/lua/meta/art/02_frenchtv.luac
lua debug: Trying Lua playlist script /usr/lib/vlc/lua/meta/art/03_lastfm.luac
lua debug: Trying Lua scripts in /usr/share/vlc/lua/meta/art
main debug: no art finder modules matched
main debug: art not found for rtsp://10.10.10.164:8086
qt4 debug: IM: Deleting the input

I was hoping to use this to place the phone in some hard to reach areas of a
machine and watch what was going on on the tablet or a pc but so far no joy. If
we can fix it I will pay for the paid version, it is exactly what I need in the
plant to see things in tight places.
