Hacky color changing for stale weather data. #27

This was originally accidentally included in #25, but since it's a bit less clearly safe, I'm pulling it out to make #25 easier to merge.

This adds a feature that changes the color of the weather indicator if it's been a while since a successful update; in particular, I generally don't get updates overnight, and sometimes will not get updates for an hour or two for reasons TBD. This way, I know if the weather is up-to-date or not.

This really should add some configuration options to set the color and time frames that are determined "stale", but this Works For Me. If there's interest, I could probably spend an hour or two adding some configuration options for it. (In the mean time, it's only enabled for color pebbles.)
