No feedback when excel sheet is uploaded instead of csv.

Red msgs appear when you input csv with excel option selected. But the opposite is not true. Messages as a feedback is more preferred.

• a message should appear when wrong file format is uploaded.

i started playing with shinyBS. Error messages work fine. It will appear in the next commit.
