Created a new branch to merge and sync with project master. Added #6

ErrorMessages.R, Plot_Raw_Data.R, and Plot_Trend_Tests.R. Modified server.R and ui.R. Brought back GO_EM_FT.R because the server.R file from the project master sources this file.

The files with which I started were from the project master. I think what I have here should be compatible with what’s in the project master directory.

Karthik, if you haven't started on this request yet, I'm going to close it and open another one to pull from my master instead.
