gcc version 4.9 is a requirement possibly. #81

I encountered this error while updating packages. The recent updates from CRAN is dependent on a flag "-fstack-protector-strong" while compiling the libraries using gcc.

We may have to mention this. If everything works fine with gcc 4.9.

gcc version 4.9 is mandatory. Should be mentioned in installation guide
