[Documentation] `node_drain` is an essential test that requires multiple nodes, should be added as a pre-req in instructions #27

We need to update https://github.com/cncf/cnf-certification/blob/main/instructions.md that detail that multiple nodes should be used when running the cert as node_drain requires more than one node to properly run and test or it will skip.
