Entities in the database view should be sorted by appeareance in the article #116

Hi, it seems that the order of entities in the Document viewer is given by order of appearance in the paper. This is plausible.

On the other hand, that in Database appears in different order. Can we make this appearing in the same order as viewer, so that we can easily recognize which corresponds to what? (If you could add "ID" for each entity, it is even better)

Title is different from what I want. Let me repeat what I want just in case: "If Entities in the database can be sorted by the order of appearance in the source paper, that sorting function help me a lot"

Yes, I just overlooked when I rewritten the title.

I move this in the 0.6 because might be obsolete after we finish 0.5.
