Enable all fastGPT tests #31

Some had to be disabled in https://github.com/lfortran/lfortran-conda-testing/pull/30/commits/ade6e4fce37e8d221e3138db2805614b235c8807.

There is still some issue. Sometimes it works, sometimes it fails: https://github.com/lfortran/lfortran-conda-testing/actions/runs/9373837110/job/25808492103.

The fastGPT on a macOS seems to have some bugs that we need to investigate.
