I ran into this problem too. I changed lines 51 & 52 in the Dockerfile to this:
../cmake-dist/bin/cmake -DCMAKE_PREFIX_PATH="./External/libtorch/;" -DSAIGA_CUDA_ARCH=8.9 -DTCNN_CUDA_ARCHITECTURES=8.9 -DTORCH_CUDA_ARCH_LIST=8.9 .. && \
make
the -j6 flag made my build fail at 50% as well. adding the various -D flags was necessary in order to get past 93% as well. I am not sure why this fixes the issue, I just recall seeing another issue here where those -D flags fixed the installation on someone's host machine. I am working on a docker-compose file which is pretty close to working. I can easily train & process my own scenes, but I cannot get the viewer running in docker for the life of me. This wouldn't be an issue if there was a way to export the 3d models as .plys or .splats, but that doesn't seem to be a feature yet. I am running an rtx 3060 12GB, btw. LMK if you want the docker-compose.yml ive been working on. Could use some help getting the viewer working with docker!
