How to output slice index and nodule information? #83

Dear Author, current module output cvs file includes the ID and cancer possibility. I do not find the slices and nodule information being kept for output. Any idea to put these information in the final output? thanks.

@wegain123456 do you find any way to out put the slice index and nodule information. I mean the the x and y of the original CT and the instance number. Thanks
