Universal Control doesn't remember the correct relative position of iPad #122

I use an external screen, and the iPad always sits below. However, when Universal control connects, it always puts the virtual iPad on the right. I basically never want that.

macOS seems to be good about remembering the relative position of computer screens, I'm not sure why it has amnesia when it comes to Universal Control

This seems to have gotten better, but still not fully reliable.
