Pegasus32 R8 stays on when connected to a Thunderbolt hub (even when the latter is not connected to a computer). #141

  1. Plug a Pegasus32 R8 into a CalDigit Elements hub.
  2. Plug the CalDigit Elements hub into a computer.
  3. Unplug the CalDigit Elements hub from the computer.
  4. Unplug the Pegasus32 R8 into a CalDigit Elements hub.

Expected: The Pegasus32 R8 enters standby in step 3, since it's no longer connected to a computer, or at least in step 4. Observed: The Pegasus32 R8 remains on even after step 4.

It seems that disconnecting from a computer (even through a hub) has the correct behaviour, but disconnecting from just a hub... doesn't. To ensure that it turns off, you have to re-plug everything, and then do step 4 before step 3. If you leave the Pegasus32 R8 plugged into the hub (which would be quite convenient), you have to live with the Pegasus32 R8 loudly staying on.
