Freighter rooms that don't connect despite being adjacent (and in some cases never connect to any other room).
Freighter rooms that do connect but place fances inside one another.
Freighter rooms that overlap or intersect indoors.
Freighter rooms that break teleports in one or both directions.
Freighter rooms that get placed inside the freighter bridge even though I didn't try to place them anywhere near.
I've kept one of these around for fun! It doesn't seem to cause bugs or performance issue beyond what is usual for my freighter.
I suspect that some of these happened because I built out two separate pathways that converged to the same place — sort of building a "loop" instead of a tree. Even though the freighter room connections seem to be designed to have deterministic connections, this clearly led to some bugs (sometimes immediately, sometimes only when the freighter was loaded the next time).
I wasn't able to resolve this without removing and restoring a significant amount of rooms, but overall it seems to be mostly harmless. Maybe it's caused by that 5D torus? 🤔
