mapToGenome,Proteins,GRangesList #13

There could be a mapToGenome,Proteins,GRangesList method. Certainly for the case where Proteins[1] (length 1) and GRangesList[n] where n transcripts where mapped to 1 protein accession. But what about Proteins[m] and GRangesList[n]? Possibly, but using names (see issue #12).

Done in version 0.6.4, commits 786e476416704769c110292cbeee3dd214375a52 and 660fe7219a03c8640732e9df9fe0544aa6c6c3cc.
