fix biocparallel bug #142

RNGseed needs to passed explicitly to SerialParam() as RNGseed = 1 for consitency checks.

You implemented these changes in the wrong pRoloc version - the latest/devel is 1.33.0. It's easier to implement your fixes myself directly, instead of creating and fixing conflicts with the PR. So closing this one for simplicity.
