fix example in Synapter.Rd #117

especially demonstrate 3D grid search, fragment matching, intensity correction

We need a dataset with fragments and spectra data here. This is very large and after #123 is fixed it would be available in synapterdata. I would suggest to keep the synergise1 workflow in this man page and link to a to be written vignette #124 for the synergis2 workflow.
