Original sentence:

The intended meaning here depends on reading "easy to hire" as an adjective phrase, but it can also be parsed (as I first did when I read it) as "{Extend your reach past the easy} {to hire white, male, etc.}", which conveys the opposite meaning: that the cis white men are the difficult ones to reach.

I added hyphens to make the adjective phrase unambiguous:

Extend your reach past the easy-to-hire white, male, cisgender senior engineers.
