Update list of default-joined channels in index.md #56

The list in culture.md was updated in b7a60e68fe (#52), but the one in index.md wasn’t. (I just joined the slack and can confirm that #introductions is a default channel.)

Let me know if you have better suggestions for the #introductions description – I’m new, after all :)
