Mani menu won't close if another plugin also calls the menu

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install SM or ES or BM together with M-A-P
2.Open up two menus from 2 different plug-ins

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
One menu should either close itself or prevent the other one from being loaded, 
instead, they overlap each other.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2V on Win7 x64 Cs: S SRCDS

Mani already said there might be a way. Most important thing is, from my point 
of view, that if we fix this, it won't lead to the problem that the Mani menu 
closes itself for everyone as soon as some other menu is called. Not even sure 
if we should touch this, since it could cause more problems than solve them
