crash on joining team in tf2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Join a server with M-A-P installed and select a team

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should get into the team, instead, the sever crashes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2V on Windows 7 x64 SRCDS with TF2

Please provide any additional information below.
gametypes.txt info (downloaded from generator):

I cannot get this to happen on mine.  Exact same specs.  A crash minidump would 
be nice, or exact instructions on how to crash it.  Maybe it's map specific?
