Since we do offer "swap team at end of official map time on exchange", we might
also add an offer to "swap teams automaticly after x rounds" to cover up all
types of servers, especially servers not using mp_roundtime and only change
maps based on rounds.
And it's been a request quiet a lot of users signed :- )
