Cs GO: Map voting not showing up

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Enable the end of map vote and voting in general in modul 12
2.Wait for the end of map vote to appear

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A menu should pop up right before the map ends, instead no menu shows up.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Might be related to the "dead people can't use menus" bug in the engine itself 
so it gets reported although it's actually fine. Stil, this got repored more
