All gamemods: ma_sethealth 0 ignores admin immunity #165

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Grant a 2nd admin immunity from slay and everything
2.Use ma_sethealth 0 against that admin

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The admin shouldn't be killed because he's immune. Instead, he dies

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
