Joinserver sounds not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install mani_admin_plugin_v1_2_22_13a_csgo
2.Uncomment joinserver in actionsoundlist.txt
3.Run server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The sound file specified in the actionsoundlist should play when a player joins 
the server, but the sound is not playing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

mani_admin_plugin_v1_2_22_13a_csgo ubuntu-Natty
Running csgo on Windows 7 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below.

I have all the sound files for the admin menu are in the 
sound/music/admin_plugin directory. 

The sound files for the action sounds are in sound/music/admin_plugin/actions 
directory.

The admin menu sounds work fine.

I have attached my soundlist.txt and actionsoundlist.txt.

There is an additional admin_plugin folder in the mani zip, I am not sure where 
that needs to go or if it needs to be used at all.

Fixed by revision 480, when using the game specific actionsoundlist.txt. This 
is included in all newer CSGO builds.
