What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Join a server with gamemod 0 and the damage reflection will not deal damage 
(obviously)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Everything fine, it should just be mentioned in the mani_server.cfg description

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
