What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an external tool using IMS test site - 
http://www.imsglobal.org/developers/BLTI/tool.php
2. In a course create an activity
3. Access the activity

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Notice: Undefined index: query in /var/www/moodle19/mod/basiclti/OAuth.php on 
line 267

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This should have been fixed some time ago. I have only tried it with Moodle 2.0 
though. I will see if it was corrected for 1.9 as well

Fixed, OAuth.php was updated to a newer version
