Adding url info from bibliography #15

Hi,

I'm interested to display url from bibliography, so i learn pandoc lua filters (sic. ) to add that into the slipbox code :)

This is probably not perfect ...

In the future i'm also interested to try to display the not standard file: field to display a link to directly download the corresponding pdf.

What do you think about this ?
