hi, I'm running v2.0 of AnnotSV on a SGE cluster. There are many lines containing only "full" in my output, but I don't know how to deal with it.

Hi, The AnnotSV version 2.0 was released in December 2018. It's quite difficult to help you with such an old version. Please, update with v3.0.6. If you have any problem with this version on a SGE cluster, it will be easier for me to help/debug. Best, Véronique
