bug for ibooks 3.0.2 #4

If I hit the run button in Bookmark Extractor nothing happens, except that the path to the files are reset and therefore blank again.

I'm using 10.8.2 with a MacbookAir and iPad 3th generation with iOS 5.1.1 and iBooks 3.0.2

Any suggestions?

Looks like apple changed the way things are annotated. Thanks for sending your files, I modified the application to now use the updated format if the old doesn't exist.
