antigen nomenclature versioning? #1

Consider adding versioning to the antigen nomenclatures (WHO, EuroTransplant, UNOS, etc.)

Might want to call it OPTN instead of UNOS. It should be machine readable, but @bmilius-nmdp says it doesn't have to be
