Check to see if using the `_nuc.msf` files from ANHIG/IMGTHLA is sufficient for getting only the coding sequences #37

Run a translation using the _nuc.msf files, which seem to be intended to include only the coding sequences and see if the results (for the completed sequences) match favorably with those from the _prot.msf files for each locus.
