Eventually would like to load multiple sequence alignment MSF files from IMGTHLA GitHub repo directly after all known issues are corrected - https://github.com/ANHIG/IMGTHLA/tree/Latest/msf Recent version of BioPython added MSF support so this is now possible

Completed. Changes are committed in the aa-matching repo. In hindsight, I probably should've opened this issue there.
