In hoisted view mode, deleting a leaf node unhoists the intermediate node and returns to the central topic.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hoist/Zoom a node.  (F6)
2. Delete a leaf node

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The node is deleted, but the main view zooms out to the central topic. 
This means that editing hoisted topics is very cumbersome, as one has to
keep zooming into that level whenever a node is deleted.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XMind 3.0.1, Mac OSX 10.5.6.
