Unstable after search occurrence in collapsed topic #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Search a topic which is hidden from current view due to being a
successor of a collapsed topic. The search will find this topic.
2. Close search dialog and click somewhere to revert to pre search state
3. Try to create a topic containing "-" or "+" chars. These chars won't be
accepted/displayed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Writing "A+" should result in "A+" and not "A".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XMind Free 3.0.1 on Ubuntu (not using Windows because of the previously
described XMind memory leak)

Please provide any additional information below.
The missing chars could be a sign for a general unstable behaviour after
search (occurrence in collapsed topics).
