Perspective icon #57

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Switch between perspectives with Ctrl+F8 key.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The perspective's icon is a fallback the default Eclipse one. It should be
a unique logo.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.1 on Mac OS X.
