Edge sometimes creates a second new line when click 'Return', on GH new task 'Steps' #110

I have seen this issue only with Edge on Windows 10. I tried Windows 10 Firefox, Chrome, and iOS Safari today and did not see it on those.

I was starting a new GH and typing in the 'Steps' window. Not sure if it matters, but I didn't want my steps numbered, so I deleted the '1)' first. After typing a step when I click 'Return' sometimes I get 2 newlines instead of 1.
