While update doorlock local database, execute Removes before Updates #4

When we transfer a UID to another user, the system crash while synchronization with "duplicate uid" message.

Need to remove de user first, and then, add the new user that uses olde uid keyring.

The file keyringsUpdate.py was in correct order
