Refactor FeatModels #8

I feel like there must be a better way of architecturing this.

Not so clear right now, also not important. No need to worry about this for now.

This issue is actually getting more important. FeatModels works well for style transfer, but it actually doesn't makes sense for other tasks e.g. superres
