Turns core truly multiplatform #46

Some dependencies neeeded to be upgraded (kotlin, gradle, couroutines)
The tests that were in the commonTest were actually jvm specific
assertk was removed (kotlin.test was used for the asserts)
mockk was replaced with mockative (multiplatform library for mocking)
nativeMain (and ios dependencies) was added
atts and ktor remais jvm only
