Management of RCS account group

RCS account group is created in the native address book by the Core stack but 
the title (Groups.TITLE column) is not set.
The 2 below fields of the groups table - of the native address book - are not 
set either:
-   Groups.TITLE_RES
-   Groups.RES_PACKAGE
Note: theses 2 columns have been introduced with Lollipop.

Moreover RCS raw contacts created by the stack are not set as members of the 
RCS account group.

Expected result: in the native address book, the contact is displayed as RCS 
and belongs to the 'RCS' group.

Result: in the native address book, the contact is displayed as RCS but there 
is no panel to show that it belongs to the 'RCS' group.
