Where to get the PEAR Package for xampp (<- example) #1

I want to use FirePHP, but it is not possible to download the PEAR stuff to
install on the server. It would be nice to get a link. Sorry for posting on
issues.

FirePHP has changed a lot and information you may have found elsewhere is out of
date. There no longer is a PEAR package. Please take another
look at the http://www.firephp.org/ website.

The extension does not have its own panel any more. It adds a "Server"
tab to all requests logged by firebug in the NET and CONSOLE panels.

All you need to do to get data to the extension is to set a FirePHP-Data
header in the response.
