Add HLA-DPB1 typing #368

Hi Heng, Can bwa.kit be used for HLA-DPB1 typing ? It seems that the database in floder 'resource-human-HLA' should make some modification in order to do HLA-DPB1 typing. Could you give some suggestion on modification? Many thanks!
