I use this tool to creat 3dg format file,but I failed to generate png file. I use "./hickit-gl -I imput.cpg.3dg.gz --out-png=FILE" to generate png file , but it return with an error.I attach the code of the problem.
/data/software/HiC/hickit-0.1_x64-linux/hickit-gl -I /data/home/txguo/data_use/haploid_hickit/mouse/cpg_3dg/imput.cpg.3dg.gz --out-png=/data/home/txguo/new.png
