Since minimap2 now estimates per-base sequence divergence, it would be great if there was a way to represent this divergence level with some color in minidot; either as a threshold (e.g. everything below x% divergence would be in blue and everything above in red) or a color scale. Is there a chance you might implement something like this in the future?
