I had the idea of polishing the unitigs using Racon, then reassembling these polished unitigs with the original raw reads to possibly hopefully reads that might join some of the dead-end unitigs. It didn't quite have the intended result. The three circular unitigs in the assembly were assembled, and all of the linear unitigs disappeared. I'm just experimenting here.
