minidot can't plot right #57

Hello, I have a very weird problem with plotting one specific paf file. The dot plot doesn't display properly, it's basically empty with strange blobs and shapes. I can't really describe it, however I can provide the paf file and the pdf. There seems to be a scaling issue somehow.

I am on Ubuntu 18.04.1 and it's the last version of minidot (installed 2 days ago from here).
