typo in README command #81

main example had a typo (pb-reads.fq should be reads.fq)... was it intentional to see if user pays attention? :)

Related to this... If the user gives miniasm a fastq file that doesn't exist, miniasm seems to just ignore it (rather than tell the user), and creates a gfa without the assembled sequence.
